1. Acceptance

By accessing or using SpeedrunFounder you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Not allowed: spam, harassment, illegal content, infringement of third-party rights, unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, bypassing rate limits, fake accounts, defamation.

4. User content

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, and display it to operate the service, including in the matching algorithm and AI-generated explanations.

5. Matching & automated decisions

Matches you receive are produced by an algorithm described in /legal/ai-disclosure. They are not financial or investment advice.

6. Fees & payments

Some features are paid (see /pricing). Payments are processed by Stripe. VAT applied where due under EU/UK/US law. Refunds governed by the policy at /legal/refunds.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not a party to transactions between users — including investments, hires or service contracts. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability does not exceed the greater of €100 or what you paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations, with notice and right of appeal (DSA Art. 20). You can terminate any time at /settings/data.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes decided by the courts of Lisbon, without prejudice to EU consumer rights.

10. Online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides the ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
